Terms of Service version 10-19-2025** Welcome to Jollie Labs LLC's website  By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

These Terms of Service represent the entire agreement between you and Jollie Labs LLC regarding your use of our website. Any changes must be by mutual consent by written message. 

We are not engaging transactions with the customers, who are being referred to the retail vendor  We only directly engage in transactions with professionals.  Contact us.

Severability:  If any provision is found unenforceable by any arbitration forum or court of law, the remaining section(s) will be in force. 

All parties agree to use the American Arbitration Association as first method of dispute as follows:  Each side pays half of the arbitration fees in advance and the winner gets their half back from the loser. Arbitration is binding and the laws would be Wyoming. 

Jollie Labs LLC will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this site or from reliance on information provided on this site.
